Celebrating Vancouver's cultural communities City Hall Lights: Eid Al-Adha Type: Community Vancouver's cultural communities can celebrate their important cultural or religious holidays by creating special light displays on the grounds of City Hall. On October 30, 2012, the lights display is in celebration of Eid-al-Adha or 'Festival of Sacrifice,' an annual Muslim celebration.
