Saturday 28 September 2024 - Named one of the CBC's 'Top 30 Hot Canadian Classical Musicians under 30' and '100 Remarkable Canadians' (Maclean's Magazine), Kevin Chen has appeared at Carnegie Hall, London's St. John's Smith Square, and the National Concert Hall of Taipei, as well as at the International Chopin Festival and the Oxford Piano Festival. Since his debut with the Abbotsford Symphony at the age of seven, Chen has performed with the Minnesota Orchestra, the Hungarian National Orchestra, Orchestre de la Suisse Romande, the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, the Taipei Symphony Orchestra, as well as the Edmonton Symphony and the Calgary Philharmonic.
