With this in mind, we're hoping to warm you up - if only for a moment or two - to talk about Vancouver's public spaces during the winter months. How do you keep shining in the rain? And how can we better enjoy Vancouver's public spaces year round? Places for People Downtown is hoping to hear your ideas on these questions this December. We've partnered with the folks from Transformation Projects to offer a mobile tea cart which will pop-up in a few of Downtown Vancouver's public spaces. We'll have tea masters on hand ready to offer you a hot cup of tea in exchange for your ideas on how to make Downtown Vancouver's public spaces more comfortable and inviting during the rainy season.Keep your eyes peeled for this activation in Robson Square (North Plaza), VPL Plaza, Jim Deva Plaza and on the 800 block of Granville Street in early December!..
