Participants will go on a walking, guided tour of City Hall, learning about the design of the building and some history of Vancouver, and take a walk through the Japanese gardens outside City Hall.. Event detailsVancouver City Hall opened in 1936 and was designated a heritage building in 1976. The tour will take about 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Participants will learn about the design of the City Hall building, the history of Vancouver, and more. There will also be a tour of the Japanese Gardens.There is no charge for the tour but registration is required. Please call 604-408-7274 ext. 2053 to register.
